We ensure our fees are both competitive and match the complexity of each search mandate. We always try to be flexible and to meet our clients' expectations, delivering the highest quality candidates and marketplace knowledge. Each search is different and we structure our fees accordingly.
We work as retained consultants so there is always a proportion of the fee to be paid up front. But the final installment is never due until we have successfully completed each search. We do not charge our clients at every step of the process for simply doing our job.
